- Two Out of Three
This Honeyman article argues that except in unusual
circumstances, the three main strengths of ADR cannot all be achieved by
any single program—because to a considerable extent, they turn out to be
mutually exclusive in real-world applications. The article appeared in
the January 1995 issue of Negotiation Journal and is based on the
author's keynote address to the 1994 annual conference of the
Massachusetts Association of Mediation Programs.
This Honeyman paper was published in the 1992
conference proceedings of the Society of Professionals in Dispute
Resolution (SPIDR).
