Theory to Practice Steering Committee

The "Theory to Practice" project was guided by a steering committee of highly experienced scholars and practitioners, from eclectic backgrounds. (The careful construction of an emblematic group is key to the credibility of such an ambitious project. A second example is the quantity and balance of expertise assembled for the Test Design Project, shown on the inside front cover of the project's 1995 Methodology.)

Titles and institutional affiliations are as of the relevant dates, 1997-2002.
